Re: how to do this border?
1. open that photo in photoshop. 2. use the magic wand tool 3. select the white area on the photo 4. ctrl + x to cut the white off the image 5. open your new image 6. paste the layer you just cut onto your new image. The only thing is the new image has to be the same size as the first one. That's the only way I know you can make that exact border without hours and hours of searching for a border.
